Sub: - Simplification and Rationalization of Trading Account Opening Process
In terms of the provisions of Rules, Bye-Laws and Regulations of the MCX Stock Exchange Ltd. (Exchange), the Members of the Exchange are notified as under:

SEBI has issued a circular no. CIR/MIRSD/16/2011 dated August 22, 2011 regarding Simplification and Rationalization of Trading Account Opening Process. A copy of the above mentioned SEBI circular is attached as Annexure.

Members are advised to take note of the above and ensure compliance.
